Best service of any Hertz location in Fremont and better hours.

Absolutely the rudest. I was hit by another car so my car needed to be repaired. Car rental was covered by my insurance. So I call the hertz call center to set up an appointment and the lady says to call this place an hour before I needed to be picked up. I call and the rudest most ignorant girl answers. I say I need a car delivered which is the exact word the call center lady used and with so much attitude the girl goes "you WHAt?!" Like I said the most offensive thing to her. And I said I need a car delivered because I am getting my car repaired. She says oh we don't deliver cars. I said the call center lady said a car would come pick me up and she said oh yeah we come pick u up we don't deliver though. OK ISNT THAT THE SAME THING!!? Can you think a little bit. Anyways I ended up rescheduling because I just needed the estimate done that day. So I call back to cancel my reservation. Turns out my car was never reserved which was more of an issue with the call center. So two weeks later I make a reservation online this time for a car and I call here 30 min before because the girl had told me to call when I get to the auto shop. This time possibly a different girl possibly the same one says they don't send cars to pick us up. And I go I was told two weeks ago they do and she goes oh yeah actually we only do it on Monday and Friday. And I said well last time I called it was a Tuesday and she says oh well our drivers just gotten take away... Just so dumb and aggravating!!!!! This place should be out of business. In fact I'm going to send this to corporate. Bye hertz.

The young lady at the front desk was fantastic. She was so helpful and beyond friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody.

they really don't care for their customers. Last time i called ahead to ensure they fueled up a car for me full tank so i cud drive straight without stopping, on the phone the person said they will take care of me, when i got there another person asks me rudely why do u need a full tank, we are not at the airport. such crappy customer service i havent experience anywhere else.

worst customer service, told me to wait 15 mins for ride bk home, n i ended up walking bk, absolutely no attention. i left behind my apt parking permit in the car , i called immediately wen home n they did not even bother calling back to let me know that they did not find it. i went there 3 times to check, they rented the car out n did not even bother to look for the parking permit, n i had to pay $300 fine.
