This is a small office inside the mall, very convenient. It has a small staff, very helpful and efficient. The two times I have rented have been very satisfying, the cars are great, the rental process was very smooth and quick, the same for the return process.
Car was not in great shape. Scratches and debts here and there. But the employee acknowledged them. They tried charging us about double what the internet reservation had quoted us, but quickly fixed it when we pointed it out.

I've been getting my monthly rental from this location while working in Silicon Valley. The staff at this location is very helpful, friendly and professional. They were able to set me up with the car I wanted and explained all the paperwork in great detail.
There is a gas station close by, easy to do a last minute refill before return.
We picked our car from here. It's very close to cruise America RV rental site. About 5 minutes drive. Very convenient location to switch between the big RV and small car.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. As foreigners, we were supposed to show our passport for the pick up, but we left it at friends place. The staff let us get the car first and show her passport later.
