In this instance incident related to expired date on product. Selling product beyond expiry date. Explained to her as I fell ill due to it. She was rude and claimed can't be so. I pulled the same product with the same expired date and this lady had nothing to say. No courtesy even to apologize.
1 star for extremely poor employee behaviour. Trinethra needs to employ people with good attitude and politeness to customers. I did not get her name, this person should not be at cashier or customer front.
