I have lost $$$ after purchasing few items based on my experience.
We recently did transaction with them. Staff is very kind and patience and they showed whatever the jewellery we needed. Guided properly. Owner is also helpful and knowledgeable. An item was bigger and they fixed it our required size with no extra charge and on time.
I would recommend NOT To purchase any jewellers in bhindi jewellers store. They put over price on the each item and you will be cheated if you do not bargain. After you bargain you will not realize you will be paying more than $$$ compared to the market.
Coming to the staff they tried to show you many items so that at least you can buy few. They are not flexible to for exhange and returns on the same day. The old guy who sits inside the room very rude.
I was initially not saftisfied with the price of the necklace set I bought, but later I went back to them with my concern. The manager explained to me that the necklace was made with high quality uncut vilindi diamonds. I do see the quality and make was very good compared to other uncut diamond sets. The manager (Vinod) also give me an option to exchange to any other piece of jewelry if I was not satisfied with what I bought earlier. I felt that was nice of him because it was almost a month back I had purchased my necklace set and I had gone out of town and couldn't go back to the store earlier. Dipti and one other lady (Deepika, I believe) were very nice and had lots of patience to show what I asked for. I was given a good discount. Manager will address your concerns and make the customers feel happy.
l have purchased a several items from Body Candy and I've been very happy with the products and customer service.
I went shopping at Bhindi for wedding jewellery and they really had good selection. They have modern and traditional choices. The staff was really helpful which made a really pleasant experience. This was the only shop that allowed us to hold the jewellery for a longer period of time.
Go and shop here and you will not go wrong. Price is also very reasonable with huge discount. we liked this store and will go again.
