I purchased fridge on 2/21 and it broken on 10/2017. The broken is within warranty. I called the service. It takes 10 days to schedule a technician to be premise. When the technician on premise, he needs to orders parts. It will be delivered 5-10 days. Sears only accept to schedule the appointment when the parts arrive which takes another 10 days to schedule a technician again. Would it has better process? Use the brain and heart to service clients. The whole process to fix the fridge will be more than 3 weeks. There is always ways to service better. :(

I had my brakes replaced at a auto repair shop in Las Vegas a couple of months ago while on vacation. There seemed to be a problem with my brakes so I took them in to this locations. I don't know what exactly was wrong, but the manager said it was a good thing I took my car in. They Fixed the problem, and even gave me a discount because I had paid so much at the other location. Thanks for doing such a great job.
